Our Cancellation Policy Policy
 
Di-O-Gi Pet Services makes every attempt to accommodate the needs of our clients and their pets by blocking out specified times in our schedule to make sure all of our four-legged (3, 2 and even 1-legged) buddies are well cared for and get the love and attention they deserve. The statement below outlines our company's cancellation policy. Please respect the policy as we may have been unable to service another client due to previously booked reservations.
 
We require at least a 48 hour notice if you will be cancelling an overnight reservation and a 24 hour notice for daily drop ins, walks/runs, or taxi reservations. This does not apply to our VIP clients unless a VIP client has made a reservation for a service outside of their VIP Package. For whatever reason you cancel your reservation and we do not receive notice within the terms as stated, you will be billed a cancellation fee equalling 25% of your original reservation cost.
 
During the holiday dates, reservations must be cancelled by October 31 for Thanksgiving reservations and November 28 for Christmas/Hanukkah/New Years reservations to avoid paying a cancellation fee equaling half of your original reservation cost.
